As Chiropractors, sometimes we have a difficult time taking our minds off our work and really taking it easy and enjoying our lives… especially during the holidays.
My advice is to use this Holiday season to communicate more to your active (current) and inactive patients and a lot less to anyone who is not ALREADY on your list… When I say “inactives”, I mean anyone who has been in your office in the last 12 months but is no longer coming in.
As you know, I am a big proponent of taking EVERY Friday off.
Taking Fridays off does more for you and your practice than you know…. and so does enjoying the Holiday season.
So accept, to a point, that fewer people make first time doctor appointments during the Holidays.
So, to maximize your efforts during this time, find as many ways as possible to communicate ONLY to your inactive and active patients; both on and offline.
The good news is that PBA members have EVERYTHING they need to do just that.
So what’s left?
Enjoying the Holidays!
