“GETTING New Patients”

Non-members always ask, “How do I get new patients?”

I know what they mean but it’s the wrong question.

They think they need new patients; but in actuality, they first need to know what to do once they ‘get’ them.

…Because if getting them was the biggest problem, they’d at least KEEP the ones that they DO get and these patients would refer and reactivate A WHOLE LOT MORE… and THAT’S how you grow a practice.

You don’t “get” patients.

You “attract” them.

There’s a big difference.

Getting is pushy.

Getting is soliciting

Getting is gimmicky.

If you aren’t keeping the ones that you do get and if most of them don’t refer others, then call me on Mondays.

After we fix that problem we can discuss how to ATTRACT what I call “non-referred-in” new patients.
