Take this moment, close your eyes, and picture what you do and experience each morning as you leave your house and drive to your practice.
Can you see, in your mind’s eye, the view? The streets you travel down? The neighborhoods you drive through? The businesses you drive by?
Is your practice where your staff pulls into every morning and where you keep your equipment, office files, computers?…or does it reside in the community that your current and inactive patients reside in and the potential to build your list/s.
I’d like you to consider the later.
By expanding the view of actually where you practice and appreciating the busy lives that everyone lives, you will understand why patients aren’t always thinking of you. As a matter of fact, most of them NEVER think of you.
That is why it is your job to find a way INTO their lives.
Always ask yourself, how can I become part of their lives? What can I contribute? What can I do to add value to their lives?
Write down in a notebook or journal what you are currently doing to maintain communication with people and all the things that you could be doing but currently aren’t doing.
Become a PART of your community. Invest in it. Meet new people daily. Learn to enjoy people again…and yes, BUILD YOUR LIST!
If you are not building your list every month. Your practice will not grow.
Your practice is…YOUR LIST.
