Please excuse today’s rant…
As my birthday approaches; August 25th (HINT HINT, J/K), I will be plopping down in a small hotel room somewhere fulfilling my required hours for “continuing education.”
Sadly, here’s what I learn from most (NOT ALL) of these mandated activities:
Most of the attendees don’t look or act like doctors. It’s no wonder why they are struggling.
What’s delivered is “Chiropractic College” type content with little to no real world application.
Instructors doing everything they can to use the venue to promote their products or services.
Everybody is “in on it” …eating up the minimum required # of hours to maintain an active license.
Do I have a solution?
No. I wish I did.
But let’s demand more from them and ourselves.
