What Is A Good Day At Your Office?

Let me guess…

A couple of new patients, no “no shows”, a few good checks in the mail, andpatients responding well to care

I agree, that’s a good day.

All of that happens IF you also add this to your “good day” list:

  1. 5 or more people now know that you exist and are now on your mailing list.
  2. You’ve communicated to these people
  3. You’ve communicated to all your inactive patients

Building, maintaining, and nurturing relationships plus giving patients what they want in a way that is enjoyable to them (Process) is how you build a practice full of patients who don’t need to be replaced.

THAT’S HOW YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR PATIENTS.

That’s how you build an “Elegant” practice.
