All of that happens IF you also add this to your “good day” list:
- 5 or more people now know that you exist and are now on your mailing list.
- You’ve communicated to these people
- You’ve communicated to all your inactive patients
Building, maintaining, and nurturing relationships plus giving patients what they want in a way that is enjoyable to them (Process) is how you build a practice full of patients who don’t need to be replaced.
THAT’S HOW YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR PATIENTS.
