As Chiropractors are discovering, at the end of the day, free “Internet/Social Media” marketing isn’t really free.
For example, Facebook is not only starting to charge for some of their services but they also have control of the playing field, who gets to play and how the game is played is ruled by them.
For instance, Facebook is now charging money for your fans to see your posts, and they changed it so personal profiles do the same!
If you want ALL your personal friends to see your posts, then you have to pay!

So, if you want to spend your time and money trying to market your practice online, knock yourself out, but just don’t fool yourself into believing that it’s going to build your practice.
